-- since we spoke at 10:00. it's 91 now, not a good sign. the big headline is we do this again tomorrow. check out our high temperatures today, 102 at national. that was within 1 degree of the record. we shattered that record at dulles, an all time high for dulles, 106 at bwi with 107 at the inner harbor of baltimore. we do want to warn you saturday is also going to be really hot. it might not get to 102, but we'll probably get to 100 or 101 degrees and it's all about that humidity as you know. check out the heatwave. we've still got the heat dome on top of us centered across the east coast even as far north as maine there were triple digit temperatures today. tomorrow we'll be right back inside the heat dome and we want you to be ready for not only the triple digit heat, but the fact it will feel like it's about 115 degrees. today we actually had a heat index of 120. that's the most humid day we've had since july 16th, 1980. check out temperatures. at 11:00 we're at 91 in the city, almost everyone else in the 80s. that's the only place at 91. that's typical of the city to stay hotter,

, the big question is whether or not his defense attorneys will actually ask for this case and the charges to be dropped, and what the judge will say about that, or, if there's some other reason for them to meet. you know what, what we're learning is there are details that have come out about the accuser in this case, and her past, that even had the prosecution now asking questions about this woman. questions that this trial could hinge on, because she is their witness. the only way that they can really press sexual assault charges against dominic strauss-kahn is with her testimony, convincingly, so it has been said, by prosecutors up until now. will defense attorneys for dominic strauss-kahn then ask this judge to dismiss the charges based on the fact that the prosecution may or may not have enough evidence to go forward. we're watching this, that meeting is coming up, those manhattan prosecutors and defense lawyers, meeting in an office. as soon as we know what -- what has happened, we'll bring it to tower office. this is big news, this man lost his job behind the sexual assault charges

social security, you don't get a penny of it. every penny of that goes into the big pot and it's distributed to everyone else. anybody who dies to young, all of their money has been wasted. it is just going into the government pot. the second thing you have to know, is if you save up to much, when you start receiving it, you get taxed on it again. if you get taxed on social security when you are your money what you are working and then after you start receiving it, if you save up to much because you were worried about it, you get taxed on it again. it gets added to whatever income you have from your savings. host: do you think private savings accounts, that your social security should be yours when you pay in, you should be booked to get or keep or transfer? caller: i certainly do. that is why i voted for president bush to the second time around. i did not agree with him for very much but i agree with him on that point. people should have their names on their accounts and what ever they put into it should belong to them. so even if they die when their 50, that money goes to the
